清晚期 花梨木鏤雕夔龍紋交椅 Extremely rare jiaoyi armchair in rosewood with a rounded horseshoe-shaped back. The central band is openwork carved with kirin and coiled shi dragon decoration. The front crossbar of the seat and the swivel footrest are also carved. All the carvings have been done with great finesse and the different pieces of wood have been wonderfully chosen. The chair is perfectly functional. A museum piece!
